Verify Your Insurance

Confidential, with no obligation — we confirm what your plan actually covers before you decide anything.

Find out what your plan covers

Cost is the reason a great many people delay getting help, often on an assumption that turns out to be wrong. Many plans cover a substantial share of outpatient treatment. What your plan covers depends on your policy.

Send us your details and we will contact your insurer directly, then come back to you with what is covered, what is not, and what you would actually pay. No obligation attaches to any of it.

  • Confidential
  • No commitment to enrol
  • Most major insurers accepted

We work with most major insurance plans

Many plans cover a substantial share of outpatient treatment. What your plan covers depends on your policy, and we verify it before you start. Don’t see your provider? These are only some of the plans we accept — request a verification and we’ll confirm your benefits.

Insurance questions

Does verifying my benefits commit me to anything?
No. Verification tells you what your plan covers. Whether you enrol afterwards is entirely your decision.
How much does treatment cost with insurance?
It depends on your plan, deductible, and out-of-pocket maximum. Health insurance frequently covers most or all of outpatient treatment. We give you the actual figures for your plan before you commit.
What if my plan is not listed?
The logos shown are only a sample of the plans we work with. Send us your details and we will check directly with your insurer.
Do you accept Medicaid or Medicare?
We do not accept NJ FamilyCare, which is New Jersey’s Medicaid program. For Medicare, coverage varies by plan and by level of care, so contact us with your plan details and we will tell you what applies. If your coverage is not one we can work with, the SAMHSA National Helpline at 1-800-662-4357 can point you to programs that accept it.
What if I have no insurance?
Call us anyway. We will talk through private-pay options, and if we are not affordable for your situation we will point you toward South Jersey providers and state-funded programs that may be.
